Galet retains the right to refuse any request made by you at our sole discretion. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be Galet or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party Galet is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the valid credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

– Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card. You will then receive a Dispatch Confirmation.

– Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT.

The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

If we are unable to supply you with a product, for example because the materials from which your product is to be made are no longer available or because of an error in the price on our site, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If we are able to, we will offer you the nearest alternative or if you would prefer, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible, if you have already paid for the Products.

– Payment
By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and where Galet feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about how we use your data.

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges is in advance.

-Promotional Discount Codes
We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this website.

The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

These Terms & Conditions relate to all Galet promotions, competitions and discount codes (unless otherwise stated).

• Only one promotion code can be used per order.
• Maximum pre-discount spend limit of £500 applies per order.
• A promotion code cannot be used after an order has been placed.
• We may from time-to-time offer discount vouchers as a result of your purchase of products from our site. All such vouchers are personal to the person who placed the order and are strictly non-transferrable. We will not honour any discount voucher codes which were not provided by us to you directly.

Gift vouchers we supply via our site are only redeemable through our site. The gift voucher is for one transaction on Galet website and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

Gift vouchers can be used as full or part payment for products.

• If the total order value exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by credit or debit card.
• If your order is less than the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance will be credited to your account and will redeemed against subsequent orders.

Purchases made using a gift voucher will be subject to these Terms and any other terms and conditions specific to the gift vouchers, which may apply from time-to-time.

Galet will endeavour to dispatch goods as quickly as possible. The goods will be packaged securely and labelled clearly. If any item you have chosen is not available we aim to contact you via your e-mail address or via telephone within 1 business days of receiving your order.
We provide Free Shipping.

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
Please note that for bespoke products since our items are hand-made to order, it will take approximately 21 working days for us to complete the manufacture and dispatch to you of your products. In some cases, it may take longer, in which case, we will notify you accordingly.
Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the address you gave us.

The products will be your responsibility from the point at which we first attempt delivery, whether you take delivery or not. If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for re-delivery and/or collection. Organising a redelivery is the responsibility of the customer.

Once the order is confirmed, Galet is unable to make changes to the delivery address.

Galet insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

12.3 The price of a product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as quoted on our site from time to time. To check relevant delivery charges, please see details below.

We will normally check prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that:

• Where the delivery charge is less than the price stated on our site, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the products to you. However, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the products or send them to you at the incorrect (lower) price; and
• If the delivery charge is higher than the price stated on our site, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or amending your delivery specification (if the mispricing relates to delivery charges), or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing.
