Shipping Information

1. THE GALET COMMITMENT
Galet will endeavour to dispatch goods as quickly as possible. The goods will be packaged securely and labelled clearly. If any item you have chosen is not available we aim to contact you via your e-mail address or via telephone within 1 business days of receiving your order.
We provide Free Shipping.

2. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
Please note that for bespoke products since our items are hand-made to order, it will take approximately 21 working days for us to complete the manufacture and dispatch to you of your products. In some cases, it may take longer, in which case, we will notify you accordingly.
Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the address you gave us.

The products will be your responsibility from the point at which we first attempt delivery, whether you take delivery or not. If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for re-delivery and/or collection. Organising a redelivery is the responsibility of the customer.

Once the order is confirmed, Galet is unable to make changes to the delivery address.

3. INSURANCE
Galet insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

4. PRICE OF PRODUCTS and DELIVERY CHARGES
12.3 The price of a product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as quoted on our site from time to time. To check relevant delivery charges, please see details below.

We will normally check prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that:

• Where the delivery charge is less than the price stated on our site, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the products to you. However, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the products or send them to you at the incorrect (lower) price; and
• If the delivery charge is higher than the price stated on our site, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or amending your delivery specification (if the mispricing relates to delivery charges), or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing.

5. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
There may be restrictions on some products for certain International Delivery Destinations, so please review the information on that page carefully before ordering Products. Please contact us at contact@galet.com for further information in this regard.

Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

In some cases, we are not able to deliver to the address mentioned and we are only able to deliver to your debit/credit card billing address. We will inform you by e-mail if this address is not the address you want to be delivered. If it causes a problem, we will try to find an alternative with you.

If you order products from our site for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

If you want to be delivered earlier or you need an express delivery, the cost of delivery shall be in the charge of the customer. Our delivery options are quoted below.

6. DELIVERY OPTIONS
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination.
The following countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis:
• European Union countries
USA & Canada

If you are within the USA, Canada, Europe or the UK and our shipping provider is unable to deliver to your location we will do our best to find a courier is able to ship to your location. Please note this may affect delivery times and tracking.

Please note unless otherwise arranged with us all deliveries will take places between 9am and 5pm, Monday – Friday.

Please note also that orders made after midday (Continental European Time) will be dispatched the next working day.
